Description for Working Foreman:
- Supervise, schedule, and lead a production team on an active manufacturing floor.
- Set the workplace pace and quality metrics by working directly alongside your crew.
- Ensure strict quality control and compliance across all finished components.
- Coach, motivate, and train team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Arrive 30 minutes early daily to coordinate lines, check tooling, and prep workflows.
Details for Working Foreman:
- Pay Rate: $26.50 / hour performance-based production bonuses.
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4/10s) | Overtime on Fridays/Saturdays required as production dictates.
- Location: Olympia, WA.
Requirements for Working Foreman:
- Previous supervisor or foreman experience in a manufacturing or construction environment required.
- Hands-on comfort utilizing standard hand tools, power tools, and assembly gear.
- Strong communication, organizational tracking, and accountability habits.
- Highly dependable, proactive mindset with a focus on strict shop safety rules.
