What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers who’ve shown interest online — no cold calling strangers!
- Be the first friendly voice customers hear, answering questions and scheduling appointments!
- Deliver exceptional service that leaves customers excited to work with us
- Accurately document calls and customer needs
- Work closely with a team that supports and encourages your growth
What We’re Looking For
· A genuine passion for helping people
- Positive, energetic, can-do attitude (smiles can be heard over the phone!)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable setting goals and holding yourself accountable
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
- Tech savvy: typing, navigating multiple screens, and experience with MS Word/Excel or Salesforce a plus
- Coachable, with a growth mindset
Compensation & Perks
· $17 – $21/hour (based on experience)
· Part time and Full-time roles with career growth opportunities. Especially in need of weekend shift coverage.
