Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in analysis and documentation of business processes, development of SOPs, or business process reengineering.
Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAPM, or other relevant professional certification.
At least 3 years’ experience as a project manager or responsible for timely, efficient execution of complex tasks.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, execute, and report on continuous improvement projects within Unclaimed Property and Field Enforcement Divisions.
- Develop documentation and training for existing business processes.
- Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend remediation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to enhance tools/workflows in COM environment (Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI, ServiceNow, KAPS, Revenue Premier).
- Reengineer business processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide QA testing and support migration of processes into new applications.
- Complete at least two major projects per division with deliverables:
- Project proposal with measurable objectives
- Detailed SOP
- Close-out report with recommendations and analysis
