Reason for Need:
The organization is planning to build approximately 150 integrations next year, primarily using Boomi. Previously, integration support was managed by one individual on a single thread. This role is being added to handle the increased workload, lead integration projects, and coordinate across enterprise teams.
Project Details
- Senior-level role focused on integration delivery (Boomi prioritized over PM skills, ~60/40 split).
- Scope includes building ~150 integrations across enterprise systems.
- The candidate will manage procurement, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
- Contract duration is at least one year, with potential conversion to full-time within the enterprise.
- The enterprise team is currently focused on SOC compliance; integrations are a critical initiative for 2025.
Must Have Skills
- 5 years of experience in technology project management or integration delivery
- Strong IT/systems background (not just operations)
- Hands-on experience with the Boomi integration platform (priority skill)
- Ability to manage procurement, documentation, and scheduling across diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Experience with other integration/middleware platforms
- Utility industry experience
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, GIS, or telecommunication integrations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead integration delivery across multiple systems (target: 150 integrations in 2025)
- Coordinate procurement, documentation, and policy updates
- Manage schedules, cadences, and business case development
- Oversee technology selection and vendor coordination
- Align stakeholders across multiple departments
- Support transition from outgoing PM and integrate lessons learned from prior utility projects
