Description
American Traveler is seeking a Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist with OB/GYN experience and ARDMS certification for a 13-week travel contract.
Details
- Maternal Fetal Ultrasound unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Maternal fetal and OB patient population
- 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Day off during the week may vary based on unit staffing needs
- No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
- No floating requirements within the unit; however, travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
- Epic EMR required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of maternal fetal and OB ultrasound experience
- Current BLS, NT, and ARDMS OB/GYN certifications required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active professional license required if applicable
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- 13-week contract includes 2–4 weeks of unit orientation
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- All candidates will be interviewed by the hiring manager
- RTO requests of 3 days or fewer are preferred
- Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 3 months before being eligible to return as a traveler; former permanent staff of other Providence (non-Swedish) facilities may be eligible with a 3-month separation
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination
