Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with at least 1 year of experience, including required breast ultrasound experience, for a 13-week assignment in Bradenton, FL.
Details
- Ultrasound department at a Level II Trauma Center with 383-bed capacity
- 12:30 PM to 1:00 AM shift, Sunday through Tuesday
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer
- Breast ultrasound experience required
- Must have active experience within the last 6 months in the role
- Active and applicable state license required if applicable
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Two professional references required (due to Florida placement)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- This is a radiology/ultrasound position within a Level II Trauma Center
- Black scrubs required for Radiology staff
- Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
