American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with OR experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a Medical Imaging department serving a diverse patient population including OR, ED, NICU, and Pediatrics.

• Medical Imaging - X-Ray department within an acute care hospital setting
• Patient population includes outpatient, inpatient, ED, OR, NICU, pediatric, vented, and sedated patients
• Imaging scope includes whole body, musculoskeletal, neuro, and portable studies; fluoroscopy procedures (e.g., lumbar punctures, GI studies) are not required
• Majority of time will be spent in the OR
• Average of 15–20 patients per day
• Equipment includes Carestream portables, GE rooms, and GE C-arm
• Charting systems: Epic (preferred) and Sectra
• Mix of 8-hour and 10-hour variable shifts, 40 hours per week
• Weekend rotation, on-call schedule, and holiday expectations discussed during interview
• No floating required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience considered; 3 years preferred depending on overall background
• OR experience required
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Active ARRT certification and BLS required
• C-arm proficiency required
• Epic experience preferred
• State license required if applicable
• DOB and SSN required for consideration
• 2 professional references dated within the past year required for consideration

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 1-week facility and unit orientation provided
• Blue OR procedural scrubs provided
• Free parking available on-site
• Time off requests require advance approval
