Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab RN for a night shift travel contract in Lawrenceburg, TN, with a minimum of 1 year of experience and required ACLS and BLS certifications.
Details
- Inpatient rehabilitation unit in a 99-bed acute care hospital
- 10-bed Rehab Unit serving an adult patient population
- Common diagnoses include orthopedic, stroke, and cardiac conditions
- Patient ratio of 5:1
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Floating required on an as-needed basis
- On-call required on an as-needed basis
- EMR system: Medhost
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license valid in Tennessee (TN state license or compact license) required
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (RQI certifications are not accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Inpatient rehab or med/surg experience required
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Candidates must reside 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
Additional Information
- Orientation is held biweekly on Mondays
- All clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable; casual wear is not permitted
