Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU travel contract requiring an active MA RN license and AHA-only certifications.
Details
- Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in a hospital setting
- Schedule consists of two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours
- Shift start times vary across days and evenings
- Up to 3 on-call shifts per 6-week period
- EMR: Epic (charting)
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- Proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- 13-week contract
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
- Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public parking is available at candidate's expense, and public transportation is encouraged
- Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
