Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring orthopedic circulator experience with total hip and total knee cases, and a valid CA RN license.
Details
- Hospital Operating Room setting
- Orthopedic focus with total hip and total knee replacement cases; spine experience preferred
- Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- On-call nights and weekends may be required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
- Orthopedic circulator experience with total hip and total knee procedures required
- Two supervisory references from within the past two years required for consideration
- Copies of all current certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- Former employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the assignment
- Candidates must be available to complete lab work within 3–5 days of contract signing
