Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, prior travel experience, and on-call availability up to 15 days per month.
Details
- Position is in a hospital Operating Room setting
- 8-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 5 days per week
- Every other weekend required
- On-call required approximately 10–15 days per month
- EMR: Epic (experience required)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active AL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 2–3 years of OR nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Circulator and PACU/recovery experience required
- Social Security Number required for consideration
- A reference from a leadership role (e.g., nurse manager) covering the last year of employment is required — if multiple facilities were worked in the past year, a reference from each is required
