Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Outpatient Surgery/Same Day Surgery position requiring Epic proficiency and a Louisiana or Compact RN license, with a day shift 4x10 schedule and no weekends or holidays.
Details
- Outpatient Surgery/Same Day Surgery unit within a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active Louisiana RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- A supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained
Additional Information
- Navy scrubs required
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- Up to 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
- Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being considered for a travel assignment
