Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Billings, MT, requiring an active MT or compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
Details
- Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
- Variable 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week
- Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
- On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
- Epic EMR used for charting
Requirements
- Active MT or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
- ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required and must not expire prior to start date
- ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification as appropriate for the unit
- Epic EMR experience required
- DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care for ICU patients
- Performs health teaching, counseling, and coordinates patient referrals as needed
- Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans, documenting per hospital and regulatory guidelines
- BSN and unit-appropriate specialty certification are preferred
- Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
