Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a CVOR position requiring scrub and circulate experience, including vascular/hybrid cases, with on-call and weekend availability.
Details
- Hospital-based Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) setting
- Cases include cardiovascular, vascular, cardiac, thoracic, GYN, general OR, and some robotics
- 10-hour staggered shifts with regular hours of 6:30a–5:00p and 9:00a–7:30p, alternated throughout the schedule
- On-call required: two 48-hour weekends and 14 weekday shifts per 6-week period; weeknight call runs M–F 7p–7a, weekend call runs Saturday 7a through Monday 7a
- Weekend availability required
- First to float from the Mainland campus to the City campus as needed
- Charting done in Cerner/PowerChart; experience required
Requirements
- Active NJ RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of OR experience required
- Scrub and circulate experience required, including vascular/hybrid cases
- Cerner and PowerChart charting experience required
