Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring 4 years of experience and active TX or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 13-week contract with 36 hours per week
- Must be available to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) - Prevention First certification required (available as a 30-minute on-demand video for approximately $25)
- Minimum 4 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
- Social Security Number (full SSN preferred, last 4 acceptable), date of birth, and driver's license required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
- RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
- Candidates who have previously worked at this health system as permanent staff may require additional approval prior to consideration
