Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Swing Bed Med/Surg position in Enterprise, AL, requiring at least 1 year of hospital experience and an active AL or compact RN license.
Details
- Med/Surg unit (Floor 3) specializing in swing bed/rehab care including wound care, PT, and IV therapy
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active AL or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital Med/Surg experience required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- US Social Security Number required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides nursing care to swing bed rehab patients, including wound care management, coordination with PT, and IV therapy
- Candidates must permanently reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
