Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical position requiring telemetry background and Epic experience at a hospital in Wisconsin.
Details
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
- 13-week contract
- Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
- Telemetry monitoring required (must be able to read telemetry)
- Uses Epic EMR
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
- Floating may be required within skill set, either within the facility or to sites within 40 miles
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA only)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
- Telemetry experience required (must be able to read telemetry)
- Epic EMR experience required
- Nursys license verification required prior to start
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

- Artificial/acrylic nails are not permitted; nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
