Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Alabama, requiring at least 1 year of experience and an active AL or Compact RN license.
Details
- Med/Surg unit (Floor 6) in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Patient ratio of 6:1
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active AL or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required (must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- US SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
