Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience and a willingness to float to other campus locations.
Details
- MS/Tele unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- On-call requirements apply; if called in, must be able to arrive at the hospital within 1 hour
- Floating to MS/Tele units at other campuses (Ontario & Galion) may be required if census drops
- Typical patient ratio is 1:5
Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent, consecutive MS/Tele experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
- Knowledge of medication scanning required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
