Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an OR House Supervisor position requiring an active Oregon RN license and a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience.
Details
- Hospital-based nursing administration/house supervisor role
- Varied shift schedule with every other weekend required
- Serves as an administrative representative on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Responsibilities span shift-by-shift coordination across hospital departments
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand (required)
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC/ATCN
- Critical Care and/or Trauma experience preferred
Additional Information
- Provides collaborative leadership for planning, directing, integrating, and coordinating patient care services across the hospital
- Responds to community and patient needs on a shift-by-shift basis
- Supports nursing administration with operational and leadership functions
