Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology position requiring a minimum of 3 years of IR experience, Cerner proficiency, and a valid FL or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in an Interventional Radiology department within a hospital setting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- 40 hours per week
- Call shifts are required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active FL or compact RN license, free of encumbrances, required — no pending licenses accepted
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 3 years of IR experience in an acute care hospital setting required
- Neuro stroke experience required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- US Social Security Number required for consideration
- Date of birth required for consideration
- Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer
Additional Information
- Delivers patient care in accordance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements across the life span
- Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, including review of systems, with appropriate documentation completed within established timeframes
- Demonstrates understanding of the range of treatment needs for the assigned patient population
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
- CPI certification is mandated for this position
