Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring SD or compact license and 2 years of ICU experience.
Details
- Work in the ICU of a hospital environment
- Patient population includes septic shock, post-PCI, respiratory failure, overdose, STEMI, NSTEMI, and post-operative patients
- Manage total patient care of ICU patients including drips, vents, and arterial lines
- Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- No on-call responsibilities
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active SD or Compact RN license required in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Must be capable of managing drips, ventilators, and arterial lines
Additional Information
- Provide total patient care to critically ill ICU patients
- No previous permanent employment with Avera or Sanford health systems allowed
