Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience and a valid MI RN license.
Details
- Night shift position, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract
- Emergency Department of a 225-bed specialty care hospital
- Hospital is a regional leader in imaging, surgery, and laboratory services, with specialty programs including Heart & Vascular, Cancer Care, Brain & Spine, Behavioral Health, and more
- Every other weekend required
Requirements
- Active MI RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
- AHA certifications required
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
Additional Information
- Orientation is held bi-weekly
- Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
- Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
- Facility is located in Marquette, the largest community in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and home to Northern Michigan University
