Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid US Social Security Number required
Additional Information
- EKG testing is required as part of the evaluation process; candidates are allowed 2 attempts and may reapply after 30 days if unsuccessful
