Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week night shift travel assignment at a Joint Commission-accredited community hospital and regional referral center in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Details
- Respiratory Therapy department at a 171-bed, Joint Commission-accredited community hospital and regional referral center
- Facility is a Certified Chest Pain Center and Level III Trauma Center
- Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Floating may be required within a 25-mile radius of the facility
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Arizona Respiratory Therapist (RT) license required — license required if applicable
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential via NBRC required
- Minimum 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Current certifications required: BLS, PALS, and NRP (AHA certifications required)
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
- Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ — within driving distance of Las Vegas (2.5 hrs), Phoenix (3.25 hrs), Grand Canyon National Park (3.5 hrs), and Los Angeles/San Diego (5 hrs)
