DME Respiratory Therapist (RRT or RCP) - $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Healthcare Support is interviewing for a DME Respiratory Therapist (RRT or RCP) in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to step outside of the hospital and bring life-changing respiratory support directly to patients where they live. Compensation:
- $35 to $42 / hour
- $5,000 Sign on Bonus!
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- On-call rotation

Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:
- Provide hands-on clinical expertise while setting up, managing, and monitoring respiratory equipment to ensure safe and effective use in the home setting.
- Empower patients and families through ongoing education, including assessments and training for pediatric and ALS ventilator care.
Required Qualifications for the Respiratory Therapist:
- Must be a Respiratory Therapist in the state of VA
- Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience is preferred
