American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/SNF position working night shifts with a patient ratio of up to 1:12.

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Patient ratio of 1:9–12
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Weekend shifts required
• Block scheduling is not available
• Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required

• Active SC or compact RN license required prior to start (pending license will be considered for candidates who can obtain it before the start date)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of LTC/SNF nursing experience strongly preferred; candidates with 1 year of experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Comfort and proficiency in an LTC/SNF environment required
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Two professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requests made after initial submission will not be considered
• A pass/fail Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test is administered on the first day of orientation; candidates have one opportunity to pass
• The facility enforces an attendance policy — missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review and potential cancellation
