American Traveler is looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based clinic with a strong orthopedic caseload and no weekend or float requirements.

• Hospital-based outpatient clinic setting
• Patient population is primarily orthopedic, including total joint replacements and sports injuries, with additional cases in vestibular, neuro, and lymphedema
• Daily patient load of 8-12 patients over an 8-hour day
• Productivity standard of 3.00 units/hour
• Schedule is Monday-Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm and Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
• No floating or weekend shifts required
• Epic EMR used, training provided during orientation

• MI state license required if applicable
• BLS required
• AHA certification preferred
• Required experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, and sports medicine
• New graduates welcome
• Proof of high school level education required regardless of secondary education
• Vestibular experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred

• Opportunities to grow services in specialty areas such as pediatrics, pelvic health, lymphedema, and neurological/vestibular care
• Dry needling and pelvic health services offered but not required skill sets for this role
• Attire is polos with black slacks
• Parking is free with badge access to the garage
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel positions
• First-time travelers may be considered depending on qualifications
• Returning core staff must wait 12 months before reapplying and must be verified through HR prior to consideration
• RTO requests are limited to a 5-day maximum per assignment and must be submitted at time of consideration
