Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN with a minimum of 3 years of experience for a night shift long-term care position in rural Gunnison, Colorado.
Details
- Long-term care (LTC) setting
- Night shift schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Colorado LPN license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- IV certification preferred
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
- Reliable personal transportation required, as the Gunnison area does not have public transportation
Additional Information
- Primary responsibilities include supervising and assisting with day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards and regulations
- References are not required but preferred
- First-time travelers will be considered
