• Post-acute care setting within a physical therapy unit
• Day shifts, 8-hour shifts; no weekends or holidays
• 13-week contract

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR preferred
• Active PT license required if applicable

• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to adjusted pay rates
• No charge differentials available at this facility
