American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 17-week night shift IMCU/Stepdown assignment requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a GA or compact RN license.

• Works in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) serving as a bridge between PCU and ICU in an acute care hospital setting
• Patient population includes vented patients and those requiring critical drips
• Patient ratio is 3:1
• 12-hour night shifts
• Assignment length is 17 weeks
• EMR system used is MEDITECH

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Proficiency in medication management required
• Experience with vented patients and critical drips required
• A copy of your driver's license is required for consideration

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility (measured to the address on file with the driver's license) to be eligible for placement
• Candidates who have been employed by this facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for placement
• Any time off or scheduling requests must be submitted prior to the start of the assignment
• 16-hour orientation included
