American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position at a community hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and proficiency in ventilator management and dysrhythmia interpretation.

• Community hospital ICU setting serving an adult patient population
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 or 48 hours per week accepted
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Medication management via Accudose system
• Clinical documentation via Cerner
• SBAR used as the primary communication framework

• Active CT or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Community hospital experience required
• Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Experience with Pulmonary Artery/Swan-Ganz line monitoring
• Central line care and management experience
• IV insertion skills required
• Experience caring for and managing ventilated patients

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different pay rate
