American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position in Wichita, KS, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid KS or compact RN license.

• Cardiothoracic ICU setting within an acute care hospital in Wichita, KS
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR: Cerner OneChart

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
• ACLS certification preferred (AHA-issued)
• CVICU or cardiothoracic ICU experience strongly preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Driver's License, 2 professional references, and copies of certifications required for consideration
• Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration

• Provides critical care nursing to cardiovascular and cardiothoracic ICU patients
• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• CPI/MOAB High-Risk training (online portion) must be completed prior to start; on-site portion is completed during orientation
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
