Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a children's hospital CT radiology department at a Level I trauma center in Savannah, GA, working 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday.

- Children's hospital CT radiology department within a large, 612-bed Level I trauma center and regional children's hospital
- All CT examinations are performed in this department
- Equipment includes Toshiba and GE CT scanners
- Epic EMR is in use at this facility
- 3 technologists staffed on the evening shift
- 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday through Sunday
- No floating required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
- ARRT (CT) registry required
- BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
- Strong critical thinking skills
- License required if applicable
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required

- Perform the full range of CT examinations across a pediatric patient population
- The facility is ACR certified and is recognized as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center and Top Performer on Key Quality Measures by The Joint Commission

- Medium gray/pewter scrubs preferred
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates will be considered
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
