Recruiter Key Responsibilitie

s:As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients find top-quality employees who best fit their job openings. Your responsibilities will includ

• e:Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (job boards, career pages, social media, etc.
• ).Collaborating with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring need
• s.Managing candidate information (resumes, contact details, etc.) within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS
• ).Conducting pre-employment screening, including reference checks and background verificatio
• n.Working closely with assigned clients to understand and fulfill their staffing need
• s.Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hire
• s.Meeting weekly recruitment goals and performance metric

s.What We’re Looking Fo

• r:Proven experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or Staffing Coordinato
• r.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume database
• s.Strong experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations (phone/virtual screenings, structured interviews, assessments
• ).Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee record
• s.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and client
• s.Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practice
