Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities
- Perform roof inspections and assessments
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and bid packages
- Maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and general contractors
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- 2 years commercial roofing sales experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing, and coatings
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license
