What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at American Retail Supply?
Looking for a responsible individual who can efficiently answer and transfer all calls and being the face of the company to anyone coming into our showroom
Essential Duties And Responsibilities;
- Answer and transfer calls on our multi line phone system.
- Greet customers coming into the showroom, take payments, and direct will call pick ups.
- Keep the reception and the showroom areas neat and clean.
- Builds new customer accounts
- Working on a variety of projects and data entry.
- Mail - Invoices, Statements, Marketing materials
- Maintain and purchase office supplies for the company.
- Help accounting with small tasks.
- Opening and Closing the showroom.

- Phone Skills: Professional phone etiquette
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Pay and Benefits;
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
