What You’ll Do
- Review and evaluate new business annuity applications, including IRA, Roth IRA, and 401(k) packets, disclosures, and rider applications.
- Identify and follow up on missing or required documentation to ensure timely processing.
- Manage the Regulation 60 process for New York-based applications.
- Assess the financial suitability of incoming applications.
- Communicate with agents to resolve escalated issues and provide exceptional service.
- Navigate a queue-based workflow and consistently meet or exceed daily processing goals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in insurance, clerical/office work, customer service, finance, or processing.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to focus deeply when needed.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence.
