Key Responsibilities
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for operations and Case Managers, resolving escalations and enhancing system functionality.
- Customer Service Excellence: Understand and address customer needs proactively, ensuring quick resolutions and high satisfaction.
- System Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the PolicyLink Helpdesk to identify and resolve system issues, facilitating prompt policy issuance.
- Service Improvement: Work with Case Managers to identify opportunities for service enhancement, driving excellence and client satisfaction.
- Performance Standards: Maintain high performance standards, consistently exceeding quality and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Client Relations: Partner with Annuity Operations Relationship Directors to provide timely and effective resolutions for clients.
- Manage follow-up calls to other annuity carriers.
- Prepare transfer paperwork and letters of acceptance.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of Annuity New Business.
- Required: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree, 1-2 years of experience, knowledge of annuity products or life insurance, strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills.
- Preferred: 2 years of Annuity Operations experience.
