Responsibilities of the Marketing Liaison:
Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals
Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
Conduct research as needed.
Requirements of the Marketing Liaison:
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in long-term care
Established relationships with local hospitals, including Clara Maass, Mountainside, Overlook, and Morristown
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with technology and digital tools
