A beautiful, privately owned skilled nursing facility is currently seeking an experienced Marketer to develop referral relationships, promote the facility’s services, and support admissions and census growth.
Responsibilities of the Marketer:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and local physicians.
Conduct regular visits to local hospitals and community referral sources to generate referrals.
Represent the facility at community events, senior centers, and networking opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet admissions and census goals.
Work closely with the admissions team to coordinate referrals and support a smooth admissions process.
Identify new referral opportunities and monitor local market trends.
Qualifications of the Marketer:
Must have admissions and marketing experience in long-term care.
Must have strong connections with local hospitals and community referral sources.
Must be a motivated, proactive self-starter.
Possess excellent communication, relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills.
