Evening Nursing Supervisor (EOW) - Nursing Home
Located in Hamden, CT
Monday-Friday, 32-40 hrs per week
Salary: $48/hr - $49/hr; plus a shift differential and weekend differential
(Salary is based on prior experience)
Qualifications of the Nursing Supervisor:
- Must have a current Connecticut RN license
- Must have nursing home/ long-term care experience
- Strong managerial/ supervisory skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisor :
- Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
- Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.
- Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
