- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase hotel occupancy and event bookings.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new markets, build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts for group reservations, conferences, and special events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align sales strategies and ensure service delivery.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and report on sales activities to hotel leadership.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.
