Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Burlington, WI location. The Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing and growing existing relationships, handling inquiries effectively, and proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with policy updates, processing claims, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and maintaining records of all customer interactions. The Account Manager will collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed customer service benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization to effectively address customer needs and manage multiple accounts.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience in processing documentation accurately.
- Working knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures. Prior insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software tools.
- A highly collaborative mindset to work in a team environment and achieve common goals.
- Relevant certifications in insurance are preferred.
