Job Summary
- Pay: $1,500–$1,600 weekly average (higher for OTR routes)
- Load Pay: 27% of linehaul
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 total
$1,500 after first delivery
- $1,500 after 6 months
$2,000 after 1 year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Home Friday night or Saturday AM
- Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset

- Newer Freightliner Cascadia and KW T680
- 40–50% tarped loads | No forced dispatch
- Equipped with fridge, inverter, and APU
- No slip seating

Driver Requirements
- CDL A license | Age 21
- 1 year of verifiable OTR (past 5 years)
- 6 months of flatbed experience with steel or pipes
- No more than 1 at-fault accident (past 3 years)
- Max 3 moving violations (last 3 years)
- No major moving violations in last 12 months
- No more than 6 jobs in past 3 years
- No safety terminations or drug test refusals
- Must pass urine drug screen
- No SAP drivers
