Job Details
- Mileage pay: $0.43 – $0.58 CPM (based on route & experience)
- Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500
- Top 25% average $1,800 weekly
- Average miles: 2,100–2,300 per week
- Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM monthly
- Orientation: $300 paid
- Home every other week (34–48 hr reset)
- Freight: 100% no-touch, 60% drop & hook
- Equipment: 2022 automatic trucks
- No slip seating – take your truck home

- Must be 21 with valid CDL-A
- Minimum: 120 hours from accredited CDL school
- Paid training in duration 4–6 weeks
- OTR training routes across the Western US
- Paid orientation & travel/hotel
- Average pay after training: $1,200–$1,500 weekly
- Freight: 100% no-touch, mostly drop & hook
- Rider & pet policy available after training
- Must be 21 with valid CDL-A
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience
- No DUI in last 5 years (CMV)
- No major violations or DOT preventables in last 5 years
- Must pass urine & hair test
