Position Overview:
- Pay Range: $2,100–$2,500 per week
- Weekly Home Time: 34-hour reset every week
Route Details:
Starts in Ridgefield, WA
- Travels through WA, OR, ID, MT
- 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops each
- Consistent, repeatable routes with no surprises
Job Responsibilities:
- Hand-unloading with rollers: Physical work that's key to the higher pay
- Rolling boxes (usually under 30 lbs) onto a portable conveyor into the store
- Flexible shift options — both day and night shifts are available, but flexibility is important
Pay Structure:
Hourly pay based on experience:
$29.00–$30.50/hr for 0–48 months of experience
- $31.00/hr for 49 months
- Overtime Pay: after 40 hours, $43.50–$46.50/hr based on experience
- Weekly pay: $2,100 to $2,500
- Bonus opportunities: Safe & On-Time bonuses
What We're Looking For:
- CDL-A License and 21 years old
- 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- No SAP drivers
- Clean driving record
