Key Objective(s):The main purpose of the Seasonal Sales Associate is:
- Driving sales, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships by delivering superior customer service and assists in the merchandising and maintenance of the floor.
- Greets and assists all EVE guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Defines, communicates, and maintains high standards of guest service at all times.
- Provides a luxury lifestyle experience for all guests as they visit EVE
- Maintains a strong knowledge of offerings at EVE and can guide guests to appropriate merchandise, accessory options, gift ideas, etc.
- Anticipates the services sought after by ascertaining the mood and style of the guest; identifies solutions before being asked.
- Develops strong working relationships with EVE management, teammates, and vendors.
- Actively researches shopping and experiential trends to ensure EVE can provide guests with services both expected and unexpected.
- Corresponds with guests who require follow up or solutions.
- Participates in and successfully completes all training programs.
- Acts as a store ambassador within EVE to highlight the store’s services, amenities, and events.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of retail experience
- Basic Computer skills required
- Must be extremely organized
- Must possess good math/counting skills
- Must have outstanding written/verbal communication
- Must have retail/merchandising knowledge
