Summary
This role will deliver exceptional customer service through the completion of various tasks and will oversee culinary and service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise support staff with consistent training and coaching.
- Oversee food stations that include a deli, pizza, and grill station.
- Handle POS transactions and cash drawers and office tasks.
- Maintain cafe cleanliness while following all company safety protocols.
- Interact daily with guests while offering friendly and courteous service.
- Work hands-on alongside team members to complete tasks including, but not limited to, food preparation, inventory, cooking, and cleaning work areas.
- 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Adhere to HAACP - Serve Safe Certification recommended.
- Proficient in POS and Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
