The Role
As our Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the practice. Your primary focus will be managing daily operations while identifying opportunities to expand our patient base and optimize practice performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Lead, mentor, and support our "Great Team" to maintain a positive work environment.
Implement strategies to drive practice growth and hit performance milestones.
Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications with precision.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3 years of experience specifically managing a dental practice (Required).
Software Skills: Proficiency in Denticon is a major plus!
Leadership Style: A growth-oriented mindset and a passion for team development.
Education/Expertise: A deep understanding of dental coding, insurance verification, and practice KPIs.
